You can have your home in the MLS in as little as One Day.  The process starts when you fill out the informational form at the bottom of this page.  You will be contacted by phone or e-mail (your preference) by an associate of Our House Real Estate Services.  You will then receive all the necessary forms by fax after you order, and you can complete the forms, fax them to us, and email us the photos. You can then make payment over the phone using any major credit card. Your listing will be online within one day of receiving the completed and signed paperwork and authorizing the payment.

You Can Still Sell And Pay No Commission At Closing
If you find a buyer who has not been involved with an agent in any way, there is no commission due at closing.
